休息中

终于可以休息一下了...

趁着几天的假期
可以让自己心情宁静下来
让思想从烦恼中淘空
也未免不是件好事

充足电后
再拼搏一番...

初恋红豆冰

初恋豆冰
Ice Kacang Puppy Love
很不错的一部电影

旧陈式的店铺
灰白的石桌椅
有缺口的咖啡杯
勾起了一幕幕
在新村里的童年回忆

妈妈总会把热腾腾的美禄
倒到碟里摊凉
还会替我叫两粒我最喜欢的生熟蛋
加上胡椒粉和酱油
大口大口的喝下去
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
初恋
永远是最甜蜜,最难忘的
就好像在最热最热的下午
吃进口里的红豆冰
又甜又冰
冷到舌头都痛了
但是
来不及去感受那个滋味
就融化掉了
A Letter from a Coach
Appakabar Su,
I have really enjoyed coaching you. Last year is still vivid in my mind. When we were looking for girls to play, some of the girls mentioned you. They said "there is this girl who is super competitive and athletic. She does all the intramurals. She is a volleyball player." Not knowing anyone very well, you came out had a practice and packed your bag for Memphis. We threw you into games too fast. I am sorry. Twenty minutes in and your knee buckled. I still remember talking to the Rhodes trainer and watching you warm-up on the sideline to go back in. What determination you had to reenter the game with the pain and instability that an ACL tear brings.
I thought over and over to myself, what we have done. We have within a week injured this young lady who is halfway around the world from her family. And now what? I have seen enough ACL rehabs to know how long and painful the process is.
You have an uncommon strength. You have not only gotten back on the field, you have improved tremendously with your understanding of soccer and with your skill. You have always payed within your abilities and because of that you make few mistakes.
You have an uncommon depth of character. I have enjoyed our many conversations this fall. I cherish the time i had to get to know you, Malaysia, Art in Austin and so much more. And i will miss your smile and positive attitude. They are infectious to us who have been around you.
Thanks Su and may God bless you.
p/s:
If i can ever do anything for you, i will.
Please keep in touch and let me know where life takes you.
Take care,
Bryan
