The Defective Beauty

Finally...
I have time to update my blog

I talked to a friend recently
about our past and the life turning point
I'd once thought that she is my best friend
but her best friend wasn't me
I was silly back then and I was so wrong
I used to go to her whenever I have problems
and she...?
she used to be the one that know all my secrets
I'm so glad that I have a friend like her
she is younger than me
but somehow...
she just can calmed me and advised me with her wisdom

since I leave to US
she had a hard time dealing with her life
but I am not there to help her
and she might already has friends that can lead her through the dark
but now that I'm back
it is the time that I should play her role
stand on her shoe and help her to go through her life changing moment
and I want her to know that I am always there to bring her to the bright
you know what?
I am so happy that day she told me that I am one of her best friends
and she wanted to tell me all her things

to me...
our ignorance, willfulness, rebel in the past isn't any bad thing
this is a life learning process that everyone has to go through
we learn to be better in these processes
just because of these imperfects
have turn to make our life perfect and wonderful

2010 Life Handbook

Today, I am not giving any quote
Because i think this blog should not be limited to only sports
There are more things that need inspirations
like life, love, friendship, and others
With all these elements
will make this place a perfect world of inspiration
Therefore, i would like to share something that inspire one's life

HANDBOOK 2010

Health:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar...
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants...
4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy
5. Make time to pray.
6. Play more games
7. Read more books than you did in 2009 .
8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day
9. Sleep for 7 hours.
10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily. And while you walk, smile.

Personality:
11. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
12. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
13. Don't over do. Keep your limits.
14. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
15. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
16. Dream more while you are awake
17. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need..
18.. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with His/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others.
20.. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.
21. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
22. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
23. Smile and laugh more.
24. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree...

Society:
25. Call your family often.
26. Each day give something good to others.
27. Forgive everyone for everything.
28. Spend time w/ people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6.
29. Try to make at least three people smile each day.
30. What other people think of you is none of your business.
31. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.

Life:
32. Do the right thing!
33. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
34. GOD heals everything.
35. However good or bad a situation is, it will change..
36. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
37. The best is yet to come..
38. When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it.
39. Your Inner most is always happy. So, be happy.

这一个礼的拜经过了一连串的地狱试足球训练, 再加上晚上的篮球赛, 膝盖已开始发出支撑不住的讯号. 对于足球, 我虽然是个门外汉, 可是既然我向球队承诺了, 我就必须让自己支撑下去. 强, 就是我唯一的选择, 原来我也可以做到的. 复出后的初次练习, 直到现在只有短短的三个星期, 可是我的确是有一点一点的进步. 从150的心跳速率到现在180, 就是最好的证明. 我知道我没有比其他队员好, 可是我已尽全力, 所以我问心无愧.

今晚, 就是篮球决赛. 我们取得了压倒性的胜利, 可是我并没有想象中的高兴, 因为我知道我没有发挥得很好. 尽管如此, 我已尽力地完成了20分钟的比赛, 我还是觉得自己是强的. 我不责怪别人说我的不是, 因为他们不了解我的痛. 我更知道他们的批评是让我更加进步的必经阶段, 所以我坦然接受. 我虽然不愤, 可是这是激励我向前的动力, 我知道我以后会更强, 因为我想打好每一场球, 不让支持我的人失望, 不让小看我的人批评. 我心中的火已经燃烧起来了, 所以强, 就是唯一的选择. 我不会让自己倒下, 因为撑过了这场艰难的苦战, 我就是最终赢家.

团队是那么的重要, 也许因为这样, 我享受团体运动胜过个人比赛. 胜利时, 大家一起欢呼; 输球了, 全队一起难过. 不过胜败还是其次, 最主要的是精神与感觉. 队员们互相扶持, 无形中建立起友谊和难以击破的键. 在场上没有英雄主义, 只有默契. 比较纵然是需要的, 不过是良性比较, 让自己进步成长. 一旦到了比赛, 大家就是一体, 不分你我, 才能取得胜利. 失败就是一盘散沙的证明. 在众多的球类赛当中, 我最喜欢排球了. 因为排球没有个人主义, 扣球手需要大家的接球, 需要二传的配合, 才能完成进攻. 不像篮球和足球, 球员会为了让自己得到更多分而不传球, 这就是自私的英雄主义. 很英雄吗? 结果大家输了比赛, 默契和友谊. 你一天还在球队, 你就属于球队. 你背负的是球队的名声, 而不是你个人的名利. 能够做到共同进退, 互相合作与支持, 不分彼此, 才是身为球队一份子的我们, 应有的态度.

今晚刚打完了一场篮球赛, 是进入决赛的最后战役. 我队很庆幸的得到四强的最后一个席位, 可是对手是从未输过, 被看好得冠军的队伍. 像大卫面对巨人, 我队大部分都是亚洲人, 而对方却是高大的白人. 我们没有恐惧地站上场, 就只有配合与发挥, 迎接来势汹汹的战役. 果然, 团队就是致胜的关键, 我们大跌眼镜地赢了, 并以13分的差距结束比赛. 团体的力量就是那么大, 把不可能变成了可能.

结果, 大卫最后战胜了巨人...
